Additionally, users can provide feedback and connect to live assistance hotlines via the “I Need Help Now” feature.

Not limited to serving homeless and abused individuals, the WIN What I Need mobile app also acts as a valuable referral tool for professionals and others who cater to individuals requiring urgent support services.
