Users have the ability to explore a wide range of resources such as food pantries, homeless shelters, healthcare services, educational support, and more. Beyond being a mere directory, WIN also offers notifications about job fairs and community events. Additionally, users can provide feedback and connect to live assistance hotlines via the “I Need Help Now” feature.

Not limited to serving homeless and abused individuals, the WIN What I Need mobile app also acts as a valuable referral tool for professionals and others who cater to individuals requiring urgent support services.

Presently, WIN is accessible in Los Angeles County, California.
